Syncono helps people at events find others with similar answers to event questions. This policy explains what data the app uses.

Event participants (no account)

• You join with an event code or QR code. No sign-up is required.
• Your slider answers are stored only on your device.
• Answers are not uploaded to our cloud.
• Answers are removed when the event ends or after the local storage period expires.

Nearby matching

• Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, and location permissions are used only to discover nearby devices for matching.
• Match data is exchanged directly between devices when you use the radar feature.
• We do not store your precise GPS location on our servers.

Cloud data (Firebase)

• The app reads event and question data from Firebase so you can join an event.
• Event organizers sign in as admins to manage events and questions.

Camera

• The camera is used only to scan event QR codes. Photos are not stored or uploaded.
